I've decided to post in video form this year.  Here's our year in review!  2015 was a fun one! oops.  I forgot to give credit for the music.  I'll fix that and repost.

On June 16, 2015 our family said goodbye to Singapore.  We lived there for about 22 months.  It was an incredible experience for each of us in various ways.  I hope that we will always remember our time there and who knows, maybe one day we'll get to move back.  

We are officially packed-out of Singapore.  We had a great crew come and pack us out this week.  They took two days to pack all of our belongings into custom made boxes and load them onto a 20 foot container.  That container will spend the next several weeks floating over the ocean to our home on the other side of the globe.  I've heard that shipments from Asia to the West Coast of USA have been log-jammed for quite some time... we will see when we finally get to see our stuff again!   Colin and I before the chaos began on the first day.   about half way through Our air shipment boxes. The kids have made some amazing pieces of art this year.  Their art teachers are amazing.  I love the art show at the end of the year.  It's curated just like a real-life art show and the kids are so proud of their work.  If I had my "stuff" together a little better, I'd love to add some photos of the rest of the kids' artwork from the year to this post.  However, we're in the process of moving this family across the world so... some things have to slide.   Here's what the kids presented at the art show this year.  

We had a lovely Easter this year in Singapore.  We kicked off the festivities on Saturday morning with an egg hunt in the condo.  There was a large group of kids gathered that morning to hunt eggs!   Evan found one in the knot of a tree!  Comparing his loot with the others.  On Sunday we had an Easter service (no General Conference for us until next weekend).  I found the boys some new church clothes for Easter. I didn't do that last year because they were going to be in  Uncle Justin's wedding in June and my mom was buying them outfits.  After church we went to dinner at our friends house.  I sure do love my Singapore friends.  Its's so nice to be able to gather together as friends when family is so far away.  The food was amazing!  The conversation was hilarious and overall a great time!   After ANOTHER egg hunt the kids played some kind of betting game with their candy. ...

A Research Project by Evan Evan did some research about the hippopotamus for his first grade project.   He planned it all out at school, did his research, and decided how he'd make his diorama at home.  All I had to do was help him put the materials together.   Evan did the typing and after we printed them out, he cut them and glued them onto the diorama.
