Justin's Wedding

Attention people of the Internet.  I have a new computer!  Wahoo.  Also, we are in Utah.  Also... my little brother got married!  Yea!  Justin & Jenessa got married in the Salt Lake Temple on June 19th.  The sealing ceremony was really great and the reception was so much fun.  Congratulations to Justin & Jenessa!  I'm so glad we were able to make it home in time for your big day.  

Marina Barrage

    Today we went to marina barrage to fly kites. It was a beautiful day. I love the views from this rooftop. The boys had a great time running around in the hot sun. In one week we fly home to the US. we are really looking forward to seeing all of our friends and family this summer. 

School's out for summer!

Our boys have had an incredible experience at SAS this year. Evan has learned to read really well and can even write stories. He has received two perfect report cards and we could not be prouder. His teacher was wonderful and his classmates have enriched his life. I am so glad we have had these experiences this year.  Ryan was only able to attend half of the school year but in that short amount of time has made tremendous progress. He has loved his science lab and learning about developing countries in social studies. Play Day

The boys each had Play Day this week.  It's the school's field day, put on by the PE teachers and parent volunteers.  The boys had a GREAT time!  

Hong Kong

Warning: tons of photos.   So Colin had a work trip in Hong Kong last week and I decided to go ahead and invite myself.  I figured it was a good opportunity to go see Hong Kong while we're living on this side of the globe.  Ryan and Evan stayed with our good friends here and I honestly didn't worry about them for a minute.  we are so luck to have made such great friends here in Singapore.   I flew to Hong Kong on Friday morning and we left Sunday afternoon.  Needless to say, it was a very quick trip.  We fit in as many activities as we could in the short period of time and I feel like we did a pretty good job of that.   Hong Kong is a pretty amazing city.  It is by far the largest city I've ever been too. It felt much more Asian than Singapore.  There were TONS of sky-scrapers but also lots of old buildings and tons of history and culture.   The building where Colin works when he's in HK.  The firs...
