Seattle, Microsoft edition

Jon and Julie were awesome hosts and planned all sorts of fun things for us to do while we visited Seattle.  One day we went over to the Microsoft main campus and toured a few of the buildings.  We had lunch in the cafeteria.  Now when I say cafeteria, think your mall food court times four.  It was pretty cool.  Then we did the Microsoft store, and the X Box building as well.  Jon works at a different campus but he did take us to his actual office another day.  Colin touching a touch-screen.  Jon touching a Colin...???Microsoft had bunches of perks.  One Colin and I enjoyed in particular, free soda everywhere!  Colin and I posing in the Microsoft museum.  They had a bunch of really old electronics and showed the progression of technology in the past few decades, pretty neat stuff!  Colin bought two 12 month subscriptions to XBox live while visiting the Microsoft store, among other things.  Julie and Violet. Colin and I posing in front of a picture of Bill Gates and co, back when he was a wee lad.  Colin playing with a giant Microsoft Surface.  I played with it too, pretty cool!
Jon and Colin posing with the master chief.  This was a count down to the release of Kinect.  This was a cabinet full of all kinds of X Boxes throughout the years.  Some of them were covered in signatures so I assume they were from the people who helped in the developing or something.
This is Colin standing outside of the X Box twitter team.  They have a twitter account that is dedicated to customer service.  So, if you need some help with your X Box you just send them a tweet and they tweet back the answer.  Colin decided it would be fun to take his picture there and then tweet it over to them!  They tweeted right back that they were indeed already over at PAX.
